Architectural Review Guidelines

Before performing exterior work on your home, such as new paint, adding a shed, or building a fence, you must seek approval of the Durant Trails HOA Board and the Architectural Review Committee. To apply, print the Architectural Review Application and follow the instructions for mailing or emailing it to Charleston Management Co.
 
You may only begin work after you have received approval.
 
If you have questions about the architectural review process, or if you need to report unapproved work, please contact the architectural review committee.
