Tennis/Pickleball Courts
For our active homeowners, Durant Trails has two full-sized, lighted tennis courts with pickleball lines. The courts are located right next to our pool/clubhouse and can be accessed by key card only. This is the same key card used to access the pool.
The tennis courts are available to homeowners and their guests from 8am-10pm every day. Court 1 (closest to the parking lot) is always first come, first served but to give fair access to the courts, Court 2 (furthest from the parking lot) can be reserved.
Reservation sheets and rules are posted on the fence, just inside the tennis court gate. One-hour reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance and you will lose your reservation if you are 15 minutes late. Please visit the courts to make a reservation!
In addition to tennis and pickleball courts, our recreation area also has a pool, clubhouse, playground and little library. Make sure to check out all of the amenities near our pool and tennis courts!
Durant Trails Tennis/Pickleball Courts Rules
- Residents may enter by card only. All guests must be accompanied by a resident.
- Proper tennis shoes must be worn.
- No food or glass allowed on the courts.
- Courts are for tennis and pickleball only! No bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, wheels of any kind or pets allowed on courts.
Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis for one hour at a time, unless otherwise reserved. Players must yield to others who are waiting.
- Lights:
- Press Start button. Lights will remain on for 1 hour.
- If lights go out, wait for 2-3 minutes before pressing Start button again tomallow the lights to recycle. Lights will come back on after warming up. If you are the last to leave, please turn off the lights.
- Tennis Court Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
