Welcome Information
In the coming weeks you will receive a letter from Charleston Management with your account numbers, HOA due dates and more.

Pool and Tennis Courts
You need an access card to enter the pool or tennis courts, you can get this from Charleston Management once you are closed on your home.
HOA Dues
Depending on where in the neighborhood you live, your dues may be monthly, or quarterly. Your welcome information will explain how to pay, and when your dues are due.
Neighborhood Trash Pickup
Trash is collected every Wednesday. Please place your can out Tuesday night, and bring it in as soon as reasonable on Wednesday. Recycling and yard waste are collected every other week, recycling one week, yard waste the next. If you need to find out which day is which, use the Raleigh Recycling and Yard Waste Lookup
