Our community’s Annual HOA Meeting is coming up on Tuesday, April 21st at 6:00 PM. This is your chance to hear updates on what we’ve accomplished this past year, elect new board members, and share your thoughts about the future of our neighborhood.

Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to the community, your voice matters! We’ll keep it concise, informative, and leave plenty of time for questions. Weather permitting we will be in the parking lot so please bring a chair! We will also serve pizza and drinks.

During our Annual Meeting in April, we will be filling three open positions on the Board, and we’re looking for engaged residents ready to help shape the future of our community.

These volunteer roles offer a great way to stay informed on neighborhood decisions, influence budgets, maintenance, and improvements, and build stronger connections with your neighbors.

No prior experience is required—just a willingness to attend monthly meetings, contribute ideas, and pitch in where needed.
